The Clubhouse in Eastbourne is a versatile event venue offering stunning views, flexible spaces and delicious catering.
Our adaptable room layouts allow us to accommodate parties and events for up to 120 guests, or we can adjust the room to cater for a more intimate gathering. From wedding receptions to baby showers, wakes to birthday parties, and corporate gatherings to community meetings, the Clubhouse is perfect for any occasion.

Room Hire

Corporate Events
Our event space provides a professional yet welcoming environment for all types of business functions. Facilities include:
- Flexible room layouts
- Seafront patio
- Side room for buffet or meetings
- Conference table
- TV screen and projector
- Bluetooth sound system
- Various catering options – minimum catering numbers – 15.
- Capacity: approx 45; meetings with conference table – 10 around the table with another 10 seated around the edge of the room. For a more formal occasion we can hire in tables and chairs at an additional cost and seat around 50

From small gatherings to lively affairs, our venue offers the perfect backdrop for every occasion.

Our beautiful location right beside the sea offers a calm, dignified and welcoming environment for remembering those dearest to us. Facilities include:

- Capacity: approx 100. This can be extended to 120 if using the patio during the summer months (weather permitting)
Talks
ESSC is the ideal space to give a talk or a presentation for a group of people. Facilities include:
- Flexible room layouts
- Side room for buffet or meetings
- Conference table
- TV screen and projector
- Bluetooth sound system
- Various catering options – minimum catering numbers – 15.
- Capacity: approx 45; meetings with conference table – 10 around the table with another 10 seated around the edge of the room. For a more formal occasion we can hire in tables and chairs at an additional cost and seat around 50.

15m x 11m for main club room.
4m x 10m for side / buffet / meeting room.
Additional Facilities
Large car park with disabled bays (charges apply).
Disabled Access.
Access to disabled toilets.
Room Hire Cost
Daytime (6 hours) or evening functions – £300 non members, £150 non members.
Hourly rate – £35 an hour (maximum 3 hours).
A 2-hour access for set up immediately before the event is included. Anything outside this time is charged at £50 for non members.
Deposits are £100 for a daytime or evening function, £50 for an hourly one.
The Clubhouse can stay open until 12.30am to allow half an hour for clearing away and taking down decorations etc.

If you’d like more information on our wonderful space, please contact us with any questions and a short description of the type of event you would like to hold and an events co-ordinator will get back to you.
A co-ordinator can be available to meet with you and discuss your specific requirements, to enable us to plan your event accordingly and carry out the advanced arrangements enabling you concentrate on your own preparations.
A co-ordinator will also be available throughout the day of your event to overcome any unexpected issues that may arise.
